Anthony Burrows, Finance Director, City of Manchester
Anthony started with the City of Manchester as its Finance Director in April of 2024. His prior Finance experience was with Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Washington Mutual’s Capital Corp Bond Division and as a Finance Director with another city.
His formal education includes a Master’s Degree in Business, Bachelor’s Degree, and State of Tennessee Certified Municipal Finance Officer designation. Anthony is also a six-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He and his wife have been married for 32 years and have three children.
