Erica Scott is an experienced Information Technology professional with over two decades of expertise in systems management, network administration, and technical support. Currently serving as the IT Manager for the City of Manchester, Tennessee, she leads strategic municipal technology initiatives, modernization projects, and cybersecurity compliance.
Throughout my career I have successfully managed complex infrastructure upgrades, including cloud migrations, enterprise software deployments, and city-wide network transitions. My background spans diverse technical environments, ranging from municipal infrastructure to corporate network management and specialized systems support.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Mississippi Valley State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi Delta Community College.
When Erica is not working hard for the City of Manchester she loves to travel, shop and spend quality time with family and friends.
