Welcome to the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department. Our mission is to provide affordable quality programs and facilities to all individuals and families within our community. The Manchester Parks and Recreation Department contains 

104 acres of park land. We also have a 69,000 square feet indoor recreation center containing two indoor pools, an outdoor leisure pool, racquetball courts, wellness room, spin room, youth wellness room, aerobics, gymnasium, walking track, and casual care nursery.

Rental rates and procedures are on the City Of Manchester website under Recreation and can be done online. However, most people find calling us is the best way to find out available dates and other questions. Our telephone number for our reservation desk is 931-728-0273.

Monday through Thursday, 5:00am-8:00pm, Friday 5:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:30am-5:00pm, and Sundays 12:00-5:00pm. Please check our Facebook page at Manchester Parks and Recreation Tennessee to see any changes to the schedule or call 931-728-0273.

Yes except for concession purchases. There is a 4% surcharge on all credit card transactions.

Yes. We offer an Active Military discount and proof of service must be provided. Financial Aid can be approved for a 50% reduction on fees if the individual or household meets the financial aid criteria. To apply, fill out an application form at the Recreation Complex.

Yes. The Manchester Recreation Complex offers lap swim opportunities and much more.
