An alumna of Tennessee Tech University, Brittany combines a foundational education with a lifelong familiarity with construction. Growing up in a family involved in construction, she gained an early practical understanding of structural craftsmanship-a perspective that enhances daily oversight of the department.
As a proud Manchester native, Brittany’s commitment to her work goes far beyond regulatory enforcement. She is raising her two daughters in the community, giving her a personal stake in ensuring the city grows thoughtfully and remains a place for families to thrive. Brittany is highly dedicated to continuing her professional education, constantly expanding her expertise to better serve her fellow citizens.
