Contractors can obtain a building permit and must provide a contractor's license and proof of insurance. Unlicensed contractors can obtain a building permit for construction under $25,000. Home owner's can obtain a permit for their own residency.

Owners can place their privacy fence on the property line.

A building permit is required by the State Of Tennessee and the City Of Manchester. The 2012 building codes have been adopted.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
