The mission of the Manchester Police Department is to make our city a place where all people can live, work, and visit safely without fear. We will provide quality public service in partnership with other members of the community to accomplish our mission. We will maintain and enhance our coalitions with the business, corporate, and residential communities to identify and implement solutions to problems. An Accident/Incident Report can be obtained in person at Manchester Police Headquarters, 200 West Fort St., Manchester, TN 37355 or call 931-728-2099 and ask for copy of Accident/Incident Report to be emailed or faxed.
Hours of Operation to pay a Citation or obtain an Accident/Incident Report in person are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening hours are available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on most days. Call 931-728-2099 to ensure personnel available.
Municipal Court is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month unless otherwise noted beginning at 8:00 AM.
Yes. The Municipal City Clerk’s office accepts credit card payments. You may pay by credit card either in person, telephone, or online. If paid in person or from telephone call directly to police department, a processing fee of 4.0% is charged to the cardholder. If paid online or by phone automation (1-866-301-6676), a processing fee of 4.0% plus a vendor handling fee of $2.50 to $3.50 is charged to the cardholder.
